Co-founder, with the Union des Producteurs Agricoles de la Beauce and Emploi-Québec, of the first agricultural human resources management coaching club in Quebec. Pierrette Desrosiers not only developed the model, she managed the project and acted as consultant for this coaching club gathering about 20 pork and milk producers of 2 to 100 employees.
